Your satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is carefully picked and packed. Should you receive an order with an error, simply give us a call or email, and we will do our utmost to fix the problem.
With the exception of shipment errors or defective products all Sale / Clearance purchases are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All full priced yarn purchased from the Yarn Lines section can be returned or exchanged for a full refund, not including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your package. We do not pay for return shipping costs. Please send us an email before sending us any returns or exchanges.
